Fix TODO in parse/net.go
Fix up the parseEnv function to differentiate between a label and env when parsing. Don't do a system lookup when parsing labels. [NO NEW TESTS NEEDED] Signed-off-by: Urvashi Mohnani <umohnani@redhat.com>
