Switch all rootful to rootfull
We are inconsistent on the name, we should stick with rootfull. [NO NEW TESTS NEEDED] Existing tests should handle this and no tests for machines exists yet. Signed-off-by: Daniel J Walsh <dwalsh@redhat.com>
