The following manpages have been adapted to the MANPAGE_SYNTAX:
- podman-completion
- podman-container-checkpoint
- podman-container-cleanup
- podman-container-exists

The following manpages have had little changes:
- podman-attach
- podman-commit
- MANPAGE_SYNTAX
- Makefile
