libpod: switch to golang native error wrapping
We now use the golang error wrapping format specifier `%w` instead of the deprecated github.com/pkg/errors package. [NO NEW TESTS NEEDED] Signed-off-by: Sascha Grunert <sgrunert@redhat.com>
