podman cp: treat /dev/stdout correctly
/dev/stdout should not be treated as "-" to remain compatible with Docker and to have a more consistent and idiomatic interface. Fixes: #9362 Signed-off-by: Valentin Rothberg <rothberg@redhat.com>
