While we were able to continue importing all packages inside of the project, the project could not be vendored anymore from the outside. Move the go module to new major version and change all imports to `github.com/containers/libpod/v2`. The renaming of the imports was done via `gomove` [1]. I do not recommend this functionality for general use, and the manpages and other documentation will reflect this. 	it is useful to migrate existing containers to a new version of podman. Currently, it is needed to migrate rootless containers that were created with podman <= 1.2 to a newer version which requires all containers to be running in the same user namespace.
