* libpod: Add stubs for non-linux buildsDoug Rabson2022-08-17
| | | | | | | | | Note: this makes info.go linux-only since it mixes linux-specific and generic code. This should be addressed in a separate refactoring PR. [NO NEW TESTS NEEDED] Signed-off-by: Doug Rabson <dfr@rabson.org>
* Remove unused code from libpodPaul Holzinger2021-09-17
| | | | | | | | | | | | | The libpod package should only compile on linux. The remote client should never try to import this package. Since these files do not add any value we should remove them, this prevents people from accidentally importing this package because it would fail to compile on windows/macos. * bump go module to v3Valentin Rothberg2021-02-22
| | | | | | | | | We missed bumping the go module, so let's do it now :) * Automated go code with github.com/sirkon/go-imports-rename * Manually via `vgrep podman/v2` the rest Signed-off-by: Valentin Rothberg <rothberg@redhat.com>

* move go module to v2Valentin Rothberg2020-07-06
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | With the advent of Podman 2.0.0 we crossed the magical barrier of go modules. While we were able to continue importing all packages inside of the project, the project could not be vendored anymore from the outside. Move the go module to new major version and change all imports to `github.com/containers/libpod/v2`. The renaming of the imports was done via `gomove` [1]. * remove libpod from mainbaude2019-06-25
| | | | | | | | | | | | | the compilation demands of having libpod in main is a burden for the remote client compilations. to combat this, we should move the use of libpod structs, vars, constants, and functions into the adapter code where it will only be compiled by the local client. this should result in cleaner code organization and smaller binaries. it should also help if we ever need to compile the remote client on non-Linux operating systems natively (not cross-compiled). * Added option to share kernel namespaces in libpod and podmanhaircommander2018-08-23
| | | | | | | | | A pause container is added to the pod if the user opts in. The default pause image and command can be overridden. Pause containers are ignored in ps unless the -a option is present. Pod inspect and pod ps show shared namespaces and pause container. A pause container can't be removed with podman rm, and a pod can be removed if it only has a pause container. * libpod/runtime_pod: Make removePod per-platformW. Trevor King2018-07-06
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | b96be3af (changes to allow for darwin compilation, 2018-06-20, #1015) made RemovePod per-platform, but left out docs for the unsupported version [1]: libpod/runtime_pod_unsupported.go:14:1:warning: exported method Runtime.RemovePod should have comment or be unexported (golint) To keep the docs DRY, I've restored RemovePod and its docs to their previous location, and named a new, internal removePod for the per-platform implementations.
