With the advent of Podman 2.0.0 we crossed the magical barrier of go
modules. While we were able to continue importing all packages inside
of the project, the project could not be vendored anymore from the
outside.
Move the go module to new major version and change all imports to
`github.com/containers/libpod/v2`. The renaming of the imports
was done via `gomove` [1].

Instead of getting mount options from /proc/self/mountinfo, which is
very costly to read/parse (and can even be unreliable), let's use
statfs(2) to figure out the flags we need.

The last command is not working because in-container mount point
is used to search for a parent mount in /proc/self/mountinfo.
And yet the following
> $ ./bin/podman run -v /tmp:/run/test:ro alpine true; echo $?
> 0
still works fine! Here's why:
> $ mount | grep -E '/run |/tmp '
> tmpfs on /run type tmpfs (rw,nosuid,nodev,seclabel,mode=755)
> tmpfs on /tmp type tmpfs (rw,nosuid,nodev,seclabel)
This is the reason why previous commit modified in-container mount
point.

Use cleaned destination path for indexing image volumes

We use filepath.Clean() to remove trailing slashes to ensure that
when we supercede image mounts with mounts from --volume and
--mount, paths are consistent when we compare. Unfortunately,
while we used the cleaned path for the destination in the mount,
it was accidentally not used to index the maps that we use to
identify what to supercede, so our comparisons might be thrown
off by trailing slashes and similar.

As it stands, createconfig is a huge struct. This works fine when the only caller is when we create a container with a fully created config. However, if we wish to share code for security and namespace configuration, a single large struct becomes unweildy, as well as difficult to configure with the single createConfigToOCISpec function.
This PR breaks up namespace and security configuration into their own structs, with the eventual goal of allowing the namespace/security fields to be configured by the pod create cli, and allow the infra container to share this with the pod's containers.

Previously, when `podman run` encountered a volume mount without
separate source and destination (e.g. `-v /run`) we would assume
that both were the same - a bind mount of `/run` on the host to
`/run` in the container. However, this does not match Docker's
behavior - in Docker, this makes an anonymous named volume that
will be mounted at `/run`.
We already have (more limited) support for these anonymous
volumes in the form of image volumes. Extend this support to
allow it to be used with user-created volumes coming in from the
`-v` flag.
This change also affects how named volumes created by the
container but given names are treated by `podman run --rm` and
`podman rm -v`. Previously, they would be removed with the
container in these cases, but this did not match Docker's
behaviour. Docker only removed anonymous volumes. With this patch
we move to that model as well; `podman run -v testvol:/test` will
not have `testvol` survive the container being removed by `podman
rm -v`.
The sum total of these changes let us turn on volume removal in
`--rm` by default.

We identify and resolve conflicts in paths using destination path
matches. We require exact matches, largely for performance
reasons (we use maps to efficiently access, keyed by
destination). This usually works fine, until you get mounts that
are targetted at /output and /output/ - the same path, but not
the same string.
Use filepath.Clean() aggressively to try and solve this.

to relabel the mount point.
This patch addes the relabel=shared and relabel=private options.

If I mount, say, /usr/bin into my container - I expect to be able
to run the executables in that mount. Unconditionally applying
noexec would be a bad idea.
Before my patches to change mount options and allow exec/dev/suid
being set explicitly, we inferred the mount options from where on
the base system the mount originated, and the options it had
there. Implement the same functionality for the new option
handling.
There's a lot of performance left on the table here, but I don't
know that this is ever going to take enough time to make it worth
optimizing.

Previously, we explicitly set noexec/nosuid/nodev on every mount,
with no ability to disable them. The 'mount' command on Linux
will accept their inverses without complaint, though - 'noexec'
is counteracted by 'exec', 'nosuid' by 'suid', etc. Add support
for passing these options at the command line to disable our
explicit forcing of security options.
This also cleans up mount option handling significantly. We are
still parsing options in more than one place, which isn't good,
but option parsing for bind and tmpfs mounts has been unified.

The 'podman run --mount' flag previously allowed the 'ro' option
to be specified, but was missing the ability to set it to a bool
(as is allowed by docker). Add that. While we're at it, allow
setting 'rw' explicitly as well.

When we supercede low-priority mounts and volumes (image volumes,
and volumes sourced from --volumes-from) with higher-priority
ones (the --volume and --mount flags), we always replaced
lower-priority mounts of the same type (e.g. a user mount to
/tmp/test1 would supercede a volumes-from mount to the same
destination). However, we did not supercede the opposite type - a
named volume from image volumes at /tmp/test1 would be allowed to
remain and create a conflict, preventing container creation.
Solve this by destroying opposite types before merging (we can't
do it in the same loop, as then named volumes, which go second,
might trample changes made by mounts).

Unify handling for the --volume, --mount, --volumes-from, --tmpfs
and --init flags into a single file and set of functions. This
will greatly improve readability and maintainability.
Further, properly handle superceding and conflicting mounts. Our
current patchwork has serious issues when mounts conflict, or
when a mount from --volumes-from or an image volume should be
overwritten by a user volume or named volume.
