* Fix podman image unmount to only report images unmountedDaniel J Walsh2020-09-21
| | | | | | | Currently `podman image unmount` report every image that is mounted when it unmounts them. We should only report unmounted actually mounted images. Signed-off-by: Daniel J Walsh <dwalsh@redhat.com>
* Add podman image mountDaniel J Walsh2020-07-28
| | | | | | | | | | | | | There are many use cases where you want to just mount an image without creating a container on it. For example you might want to just examine the content in an image after you pull it for security analysys. Or you might want to just use the executables on the image without running it in a container. The image is mounted readonly since we do not want people changing images. * Cleanup handling of podman mount/unmountDaniel J Walsh2020-07-27
| | | | | | | | | | | We should default to the user name unmount rather then the internal name of umount. Also User namespace was not being handled correctly. We want to inform the user that if they do a mount when in rootless mode that they have to be first in the podman unshare state. Signed-off-by: Daniel J Walsh <dwalsh@redhat.com>

* | Disable mount tests as rootlessMatthew Heon2020-07-06
|/ | | | | | | | As rootless, `podman mount` must be run inside `podman unshare`. We don't really have a testing harness that can do this right now. Signed-off-by: Matthew Heon <matthew.heon@pm.me>
* move go module to v2Valentin Rothberg2020-07-06
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | With the advent of Podman 2.0.0 we crossed the magical barrier of go modules. While we were able to continue importing all packages inside of the project, the project could not be vendored anymore from the outside. Move the go module to new major version and change all imports to `github.com/containers/libpod/v2`. The renaming of the imports was done via `gomove` [1]. * enable rootless mount testsValentin Rothberg2020-05-11
| | | | | | | Remove the annotation from the umount command to make mount tests pass and let podman-umount run as a non-root user. Signed-off-by: Valentin Rothberg <rothberg@redhat.com>

* add list mount testsgabi beyer2019-09-24
| | | | | | | | | | | Add two unit tests to determine whether mounts are being listed correctly. One tests that a created container is not listed until mounted. The second checks that running containers are mounted, and then no longer listed as mounted when they stop running. The final test creates three containers, mounts two, and checks that mount correctly only lists the two mounted. Signed-off-by: gabi beyer <gabrielle.n.beyer@intel.com>
* Fix unit tests missing comparative for 'Expect'gabi beyer2019-09-04
| | | | | | | | Add '.To(BeTrue())' to 'Expect(' statements in unit tests that are missing them. These tests weren't being compared to anything, thus reporting false positives. Signed-off-by: gabi beyer <gabrielle.n.beyer@intel.com>
* use imagecaches for local testsbaude2019-05-29
| | | | | | | | | when doing localized tests (not varlink), we can use secondary image stores as read-only image caches. this cuts down on test time significantly because each test does not need to restore the images from a tarball anymore. Signed-off-by: baude <bbaude@redhat.com>
* ginkgo status improvementsbaude2019-03-08

* Add tests to make sure podman container and podman image commands workDaniel J Walsh2019-03-02
| | | | | | | | | We have little to no testing to make sure we don't break podman image and podman container commands that wrap traditional commands. This PR adds tests for each of the commands. Signed-off-by: Daniel J Walsh <dwalsh@redhat.com>
* Run integrations test with remote-clientbaude2019-01-14
| | | | | | | | | | | | Add the ability to run the integration (ginkgo) suite using the remote client. Only the images_test.go file is run right now; all the rest are isolated with a // +build !remotelinux. As more content is developed for the remote client, we can unblock the files and just block single tests as needed. Signed-off-by: baude <bbaude@redhat.com>
* Separate common used test functions and structs to test/utilsYiqiao Pu2018-11-16
| | | | | | | Put common used test functions and structs to a separated package. So we can use them for more testsuites. Signed-off-by: Yiqiao Pu <ypu@redhat.com>
* Show duration for each ginkgo test and test speed improvementsbaude2018-07-28
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | Because our tests are getting so long, we want to be able to audit which tests are taking the longest to complete. This may indicate a bad test, bad CI, bad code, etc and therefore should be auditable. Also, make speed improvements to tests by making sure we only unpack caches images that actually get used.
