* Removes all empty div elements

* Preserve empty div in code snippet

* Preserve empty elements inside code snippets

* Remove fr files which were converted into markdown

* Web/CSS/transform-function/scaleX()/index.html

The file is already renamed to index.md。

* remove not needed file

* Resolve remaining conflict

     <p>Firefox では現在このルールを強制していません。Firefox 3 の開発中には強制していた時期もありましたが、このルールを強制すると多くのサイトが機能しなくなってしまうため取りやめになりました。
     将来的な互換性を高めるため、ウェブ開発者にはこのルールに従ってコードを修正することを推奨します。</p>
