La fonction `starts-with` vérifie si la première chaîne débute par la seconde, et retourne `true` ou `false`.

### Syntaxe

    starts-with( meule , aiguille)

### Arguments

- `meule`
  - : La chaîne dans laquelle chercher.

  - : La chaîne à rechercher.

### Retour

`true` si meule débute par `aiguille`. Autrement, `false`.
