<p>O método <code><strong>CanvasRenderingContext2D</strong></code><strong><code>.beginPath()</code></strong> da API Canvas 2D  inicia um novo caminho (<em>path</em>), esvaziando a lista de sub-caminhos (<em>sub-paths</em>). Use esse método quando você quiser criar um novo <em>path</em>.</p>
