pseudo-classe CSS  :disabled representa qualquer elemento desativado. Um elemento é desativado se não puder ser ativado (selecionado, clicado, digitado etc.) ou aceitar o foco. O elemento também possui um estado habilitado, no qual ele pode ser ativado ou aceitar o foco.
