<p><code>document.head</code> доступно только для чтения. Присвоить значение этому свойству нельзя. При попытке это сделать ошибка вызвана не будет, только если вы не используете <a href="https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/JavaScript/Reference/Strict_mode">Strict Mode</a>. В данном случае будет вызвано {{jsxref("TypeError")}} .</p>
